Dr. Shane McCann received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange Florida. Dr. Shane has experience treating athletes and patients of all walks of life and has advanced training in Active Release Technique and Graston Technique, the gold-standards in soft-tissue assessment and treatment; techniques used in almost all professional sports. He also completed continuing education in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Neurokinetic Therapy, chiropractic care for golfers, as well as lumbo-pelvic, thoracic, and cervical mobilization by the Motion Palpation Institute. Prior to Chiropractic school, Dr. Shane attended The University of Delaware where he was the President of the Men’s Club Lacrosse Team and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Exercise Physiology.
Dr. Shane grew up in Warrington, PA and played lacrosse, basketball, and ran track for Central Bucks East High School. During his spare time he enjoys fishing in Sea Isle City, avidly following Philadelphia sports teams, coaching youth lacrosse, and spending time with his wife Jamie and his 4-legged sidekick, Rambler.
Liz is a board-certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She is also CrossFit Level-1 certified, an athlete, a Kansas Jayhawk, wife to a phenomenal serviceman, and mother of a four-legged, furry pup named Callaway. She advises both individuals and businesses regarding good nutrition, and has been a featured “nutrition expert” in OK! Magazine. She is also a writer, both in the “blogosphere” and in print: she has a regular column in Paleo Magazine. She also co-hosts the NEW Balanced Bites Podcast.
