Since starting with Dr. McCann, my shoulder strength is back to 100%, with full range of motion, and it only took a few sessions. When I met with Dr. Shane about my injury, he knew right away he needed to perform Graston and Active Release Technique to improve my strength, stability, and range of motion, and he was right! I'm back training and my shoulder is stronger than ever.

After close to a year of being unable to work out due to back pain, I was told about Active Release by a former professional athlete. After trying everything from massages, to chiropractic visits, to physical therapy and seeing no results, Dr. McCann provided relief in just over a month. He also showed me different stretches and strengthening exercises to help keep me out of his office and in the gym, pain free.
